About Me
Stephanie Rapton, LPC
With my experience and a foundation from Southern New Hampshire University, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping both children and adults find their way to balance. My work is deeply rooted in specialized certifications in Trauma-Informed Therapy and Holistic and Integrative Health, meaning I don’t just look at symptoms—I look at the whole person.
Whether I’m helping a parent navigate a child’s ADHD or supporting an adult or child through the complexities of trauma, my goal is to create a space that feels as grounded and welcoming as a conversation with a trusted friend. Originally from Phoenix and raised in a military family, I understand the value of resilience and the need for a steady "home" amidst life’s transitions. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually reclaiming my own calm in nature, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying a Disney movie with my beloved dog. As a devoted animal lover, I believe that true wellness comes from the simple, meaningful connections we cultivate every day. I look forward to helping you—or your family—build a path to healing that feels sustainable, empowered, and uniquely yours.

I’ve been coming to Stephanie Rapton for the past 2 years, and I don’t regret it. I love working with her, she’s so patient and kind. I 100% recommend her therapy services !!!
